still waking up early to pee most mornings (usually @ exactly 3:30 am) then I can't sleep until about 6 in the morning...ugh...this has been going on pretty much since the beginning. i guess it is natures way of getting me in shape for those late night/early morning feedings.
last week I was seriously ill with morning sickness for most of the week...thursday was good & I made Ryan bring home meat lovers pizza from pizza hut...yummy. then sick again on friday. the "morning" sickness is ridiculous...i would feel nauseous for most of the day & would throw up at least once. so, i was eating crackers and soup most of the week...Kasey has gained a little weight with me toting all these crackers around...she absolutely LOVES crackers...and it's really hard not to give in and let her snack on them too.
this week has been much better...feeling more energetic but still enjoying a midafternoon nap. glad that I'm not working right now...that would be exhausting. but maybe i will find something soon...the one income household is going to tie us down quickly with 2 house payments to make!
Ryan & I went to the Dr early this week...we got to hear the baby's heartbeat...wow... it's like a little train in there....chuga-chuga-chuga-chuga...pretty amazing. the Dr said that my body is starting to increase the amount of blood that it produces...that seems so strange. i had my first experience of serious light headedness upon standing up the other day...it hit hard & was unlike any lightheadedness i had experienced before...but the Dr said this will happen...glad it's not happening too often!
finally got around to getting a few more things organized in our new house :) yea! trying to tackle the store rooms in the basement & make some sense of the mess down there! i need to vacuum the house -badly! Ryan & I cleaned the house in Abilene last weekend for the open house they had on Sun...still no offers...but it's only been on the market 3 wks. We are going there today to finish up a couple of things before the BIG open house on Thur. They are going to do a live radio remote from our house & I think that will bring in a lot of traffic - hopefully it is all people who want to buy buy buy!

today is grandaddy & samantha's birthday!!!!! i woke up thursday morning thinking that I was smelling cinnamon rolls...then I realized that I was just craving them & wanting to bake some...then that reminded me of the birthdays! so i made 20 pans of cinnamon rolls & i donated them all to charity...ha ha...just kidding...i didn't make any because i don't have anyone to share them with :( i will make some next week or whenever i have time to take them to meriden...sorry sam, i'm not going to be able to personally deliver yours to new zealand! it's the thought that counts, right? in the meantime...happy birthday! hope it's a good one!
